About the role
We are looking for a Pharmacy Manager to lead dispensary operations, provide an exceptional client experience, and utilize the full scope of pharmacy practice.
Key responsibilities
- Manage dispensary operations to ensure an exceptional client experience.
- Perform prescription adaptations, renewals, extensions, therapeutic substitutions, and medication reviews.
Required profile
- Licensed pharmacist in New Brunswick or another Canadian province.
- Minimum three years of management experience in a high‑volume pharmacy.
- Experience leading professionals and building a collaborative team environment.
Required skills
- Prescription adaptation.
- Prescription renewals and extensions.
- Therapeutic substitution.
- Medication review.
