Clinical Program Manager

About the role

Sonus Microsystems is building an AI‑driven ultrasound platform and needs a Clinical Program Manager to own and execute its clinical programs. You will work directly with the CEO and operations leadership to move the technology from development into clinical practice.

Key responsibilities

• Build robust processes for tracking milestones, dependencies and risks across multiple clinical programs and provide status updates to leadership.
• Lead feasibility assessments, site selection, KOL engagement, IRB applications and study documentation to ensure smooth study start‑up and execution.
• Serve as the day‑to‑day operational contact for investigators, clinical sites, KOLs and external partners, travelling across Canada and the US as needed.
• Support FDA and Health Canada submissions by compiling, organizing and quality‑checking clinical documentation and maintaining inspection‑ready records.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in clinical trial operations, including start‑up, feasibility, site activation and IRB submissions.
• Background in medical devices or a regulated healthcare environment with knowledge of regulatory and quality requirements.
• Proven stakeholder‑management skills with investigators, KOLs, clinical sites and internal technical teams.
• Experience preparing program status materials and supporting leadership updates.
• Hands‑on approach, comfortable moving between detailed execution and broader program oversight.
