Pharmacist – Community Pharmacy (Kamloops, BC)

About the role

Join an innovative Western Canadian company as a pharmacist in a brand‑new community pharmacy located in Valleyview, Kamloops, BC. You will be part of a passionate team delivering patient‑centred care and will receive a negotiable signing bonus and moving allowance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day pharmacy operations, including dispensing, clinical opportunities, and vaccinations.
• Maintain pharmacy inventory and ensure compliance with provincial and federal regulations.
• Stay current on pharmacy industry trends, new medications, and clinical services.
• Provide private consultations and deliver clinical services such as medication management and health screenings.

Required profile

• Valid Canadian pharmacist licence in good standing with the relevant College of Pharmacists.
• Injection certification.
• Proficiency with pharmacy software solutions, preferably Kroll.
• Experience with Opioid Agonist Treatment (OAT) and completion of any mandatory training.
• Ability to assess, plan, and apply clinical knowledge effectively.
• Additional training or certifications are considered an asset.
