Performance Strategy Business Analyst – Early Career

About the role

Join the Partners in Performance team, part of Accenture, as an early‑career Business Analyst focused on performance strategy. You will work directly with client organisations to gather reliable data, generate actionable insights and support real‑time decision making.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in delivering measurable improvements and implementing sustainable processes and systems.
• Collect, clean and analyse client data to provide clear, data‑driven insights.
• Support prioritisation and problem‑solving activities for improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with client and internal team members to ensure alignment and effective execution.
• Occasionally coach client analysts, helping them develop analytical and management capabilities.

Required profile

• Outstanding academic record, preferably from a top‑tier university.
• Dynamic, passionate and ready to work hands‑on within client environments.
• Strong interest in people development and coaching.
• Willingness to travel extensively (approximately 80% of the time), including US, Canada and other international locations.
• Interest or experience in natural resources, mining, heavy industry or construction sectors.
