Payments Analyst (Overnight)

About the role

Hard Rock Digital is seeking an overnight Payments Analyst to join its Payments & Fraud team. The analyst will protect both customers and the business by handling financial disputes and potential fraud in the i‑gaming environment.

Key responsibilities

• Review customers' financial transaction history, including bank and credit‑card statements.
• Validate and verify documentation when additional verification is required.
• Perform in‑depth analysis to build cases that counter‑dispute reversed transactions.
• Navigate multiple online financial portals to obtain transaction details.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls across multiple jurisdictions.

Required profile

• Self‑driven, motivated team player able to work efficiently in a high‑volume, real‑time environment.
• Previous experience in banking, payments, fraud, disputes, or i‑gaming.
• Knowledge of location compliance, multi‑accounting, and financial crime is a plus.
• Strong investigation skills, sound judgement, and ability to interpret data.
• Passion for sports, gaming, and the ability to adapt to fast‑changing priorities.
