About the role
Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a part‑time Supervisor to join the store management team in Winnipeg. The role focuses on driving sales, coaching associates, and ensuring operational excellence while upholding the brand’s values of originality, integrity, and customer focus.
Key responsibilities
- Execute sales strategies, monitor performance, and drive revenue growth.
- Coach and mentor store associates, providing effective leadership and support.
- Manage daily store operations to maintain efficiency and high standards.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and a welcoming shopping environment.
- Comply with all Levi’s® store policies, procedures, and programs.
Required profile
- Strong people skills with the ability to support, assist, and coach team members.
- Consistently meets or exceeds sales and performance goals.
- Physically able to lift up to 40 lb, move around the store, kneel, reach overhead, and climb ladders.
- Reliable transportation and age 18 +.
