About the role
Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a part‑time Supervisor to join the store management team in Winnipeg. The role focuses on driving sales, coaching associates, and ensuring operational excellence while upholding the brand’s values.
Key responsibilities
- Execute sales strategies, monitor performance, and drive revenue growth.
- Coach and mentor store associates to improve performance and customer service.
- Manage daily store operations, including inventory handling, merchandising, and maintaining high standards.
- Ensure exceptional customer experiences and a welcoming shopping environment.
Required profile
- Strong people skills with the ability to support, assist, and coach store associates.
- Consistently meets or exceeds sales and performance goals.
- Physically able to lift up to 40 lb, move around the store, kneel, reach overhead, and climb ladders.
- Reliable transportation and age 18 +.
