About the role
The newly created Vice President, Operations & Business Development will serve as the strategic partner and operational counterpart to the CEO, driving organizational excellence across finance, human resources, business development, membership growth and operational performance.
Key responsibilities
- Lead finance, HR, and operational functions to support the association’s growth strategy.
- Develop and execute revenue growth and membership expansion initiatives.
- Build systems, structures and capabilities required for future scaling.
- Engage with the Board on financial performance and strategic planning.
Required profile
- Seasoned operational executive with experience leading organizations through growth, transformation or modernization.
- Strong business acumen, financial literacy and organizational leadership skills.
- Proactive, accountable and data‑driven mindset.
- Experience in an association, membership‑based or not‑for‑profit environment is valuable.
