Product Sales Advisor

About the role

Crown Auto Group is seeking enthusiastic, customer‑focused Product Sales Advisors to join its high‑performing automotive sales teams in Winnipeg. You will act as a product expert, guiding customers through every step of the vehicle purchase journey and delivering an exceptional experience.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from initial contact through vehicle delivery and follow‑up.
• Generate and respond to inquiries via phone, email, text and online channels.
• Schedule and conduct appointments, vehicle presentations and test drives.
• Present vehicle features, safety systems and technology with confidence.
• Coordinate vehicle deliveries and ensure vehicles are prepared for pickup.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance and Service teams to ensure a seamless experience.

Required profile

• Valid Class 5 driver’s licence.
• Strong customer‑service and relationship‑building abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, positive and team‑oriented attitude.
• Self‑motivated with a desire to achieve and exceed goals.
