Part‑Time Leasing Professional – Carriage Park

About the role

Greystar is seeking a motivated Part‑Time Leasing Professional to join the Carriage Park community in Vancouver, Washington. You will be the primary point of contact for prospective residents, guiding them through the leasing process and ensuring a positive experience throughout their tenancy.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tours of the property and showcase available one‑, two‑, and three‑bedroom units.
• Manage all leasing activities, including applications, lease signing, and move‑in coordination.
• Implement marketing and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
• Provide ongoing resident support to maintain satisfaction and encourage lease renewals.
• Maintain accurate records of prospects, applications, and lease agreements.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
• Detail‑oriented with good organizational abilities.
• Flexible schedule to work Thursday through Saturday, 9 am‑6 pm.
