About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic Artisans to join our Richmond Hill location. As a part‑time team member you will rotate through key front‑of‑house roles such as Dessert Crafter, Barista, Host, Dish Jockey and Server, gaining a broad skill set while delivering handcrafted desserts and ice‑cream in a restaurant setting.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and serve handcrafted desserts, ice‑cream and specialty coffee drinks.
- Provide friendly table service, host guests and manage order flow.
- Learn and perform multiple specializations (Dessert Crafter, Barista, Host, Dish Jockey, Server) to keep the floor running smoothly.
Required profile
- Positive attitude with a willingness to embody Demetres’ guiding principles (Deliver Wow, Own It, Better Together, Hustle Always, Towards Perfection).
- Comfortable working late hours in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.
