About the role

The Brant Community Healthcare System is seeking a part‑time Pharmacist to join its pharmacy services team. This role provides clinical pharmacy coverage across a variety of hospital units, supporting patient care without the need for overnight or on‑call shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Provide clinical pharmacy coverage across multiple hospital units.
• Dispense and verify medications in accordance with provincial regulations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient medication therapy.
• Participate in medication safety initiatives and quality‑improvement projects.

Required profile

• Registered Pharmacist with a valid Ontario license.
• Part‑time availability; no overnight or on‑call shifts required.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team‑based environment.
