About the role
We are looking for a detail‑oriented Merchandising Associate to work on a short‑term contract at a gas‑station location in Winnipeg. The role involves executing planograms, labeling, stocking and maintaining a tidy retail environment as part of a small, fast‑paced team.
Key responsibilities
- Execute planograms accurately to ensure visually appealing shelves.
- Create and install price labels for correct product information.
- Fill shelves from backroom stock, keeping them fully stocked and organized.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate records.
- Perform retail basics such as stocking, facing, and shelf presentation.
- Follow company and store policies for a safe, professional environment.
- Maintain a polished appearance, wearing uniform and name tag.
- Assist with additional duties to support store operations.
Required profile
- Previous merchandising experience.
- Physical ability to lift 30‑40 lbs comfortably.
- Availability for the full contract duration.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
