Part-Time Maintenance Technician – Carriage Park

About the role

Greystar is seeking an experienced Part‑Time Maintenance Technician for Carriage Park, a gated community in the Walnut Grove neighbourhood of Vancouver. You will join a high‑performing team that values customer service and ensures the property’s buildings, grounds, and amenities meet the company’s standards for safety, appearance, and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Complete resident service requests and repairs promptly, including appliance repairs.
• Prepare apartments for new move‑ins by performing the “make‑ready” process.
• Maintain cleanliness of exterior buildings, parking areas, and common spaces.
• Assist with vendor management and coordinate external service providers.
• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and minor repairs on mechanical equipment.

Required profile

• Knowledge of safe use and maintenance of hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment.
• Experience with painting, entry‑level carpentry, appliance repair, and basic plumbing.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
