About the role

Galderma is seeking a day‑shift Manufacturing Operator to join its production team in Baie‑Urfé, Québec. The role involves preparing and manufacturing bulk pharmaceutical and cosmetic products while adhering to strict safety, quality, and cGMP standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and manufacture bulk products following procedures, safety rules, standards, and Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Operate automated equipment to produce pharmaceutical and cosmetic items.
• Follow and document operating modes and procedures in compliance with cGMP.
• Update production documentation and record time in the Horoquartz system, justifying any variances.
• Collaborate with support services such as warehouse, quality assurance, validation, and safety.
• Assemble, disassemble, and clean work equipment, including manual and NEP cleaning of workstations.
• Weigh raw materials according to GMP‑defined recipes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of the workstation.

Required profile

• Diploma (DES, AEC or DEC) in a field related to manufacturing.
• Relevant experience with automated equipment and systems in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical sector is an asset.
• Strong adherence to procedures, safety rules, standards, and cGMP.
• Organized, rigorous, and professional attitude.
