Oil Field Labourer

About the role

Join a dynamic team operating on oil sites across Alberta, British Columbia and the Prairies. As an Oil Field Labourer you will support daily field operations in a fast‑paced environment while adhering to strict safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform field labour tasks on oil sites across Alberta, British Columbia and the Prairies.
• Load, transport and handle equipment and materials up to 23 kg (50 lb) in a fast‑paced environment.
• Follow safety protocols, wear required protective gear and complete driver’s licence and background checks.
• Work on shift, on‑call or weekend schedules as required.

Required profile

• Other trades certificate or diploma, or equivalent on‑the‑job experience.
• 2–3 years of experience in oil‑field or similar field work.
• Physically fit – able to stand, walk, bend, crouch and lift heavy loads.
• Valid driver’s licence and clean driving record.
• Willingness to undergo drug testing and criminal record check.
