Project Manager, Technology Projects

About the role

The Project Manager will lead the project management function for Eavor’s Jules drilling technology development, overseeing charters, schedules, budgets, milestones, risk registers and change records. The role works closely with technical leads and external partners to keep the project on track from design through field demonstration.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project charters, integrated schedules, milestones, risk registers, and tracking tools.
• Track project spending, forecasts, commitments, and variances against approved budgets.
• Prepare and coordinate project inputs for board updates, investor requests, partner updates, and funding applications.
• Maintain documented requirements, change logs and decision records, and facilitate design reviews at key milestones.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• 5+ years experience managing complex, multi‑disciplinary technical projects, preferably in drilling or energy technology.
• PMP certification or willingness to obtain it is an asset.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
