About the role
St.Amant is seeking a dedicated Occupational Health Physician to join its team on a flexible, part‑time basis. The role involves providing medical oversight for employee health, safety, and wellbeing while fitting around your existing commitments.
Key responsibilities
- Review occupational health referrals and workplace exposure incidents.
- Authorize standing orders, immunization protocols, and related documentation.
- Provide physician oversight for occupational health testing and follow‑up on workplace exposures.
- Sign off on vaccine orders and use your name on blood work requisitions.
Required profile
- Medical Degree (MD) with current licensure or eligibility for full licensure from the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Manitoba.
- Experience in occupational health or workplace health assessments is an asset.
- Specialization in occupational medicine is considered an asset.
- Proficiency in both English and French is an asset.
