Medical Science Liaison – Radioligand Therapy (Quebec/Atlantic)

About the role

The Medical Science Liaison (MSL) will serve as a scientific bridge between Novartis Canada and key external experts across Quebec and the Atlantic provinces. Focused on Radioligand Therapy, the MSL will deliver high‑quality scientific exchanges, gather field insights, and support patient‑focused decision making.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted scientific relationships with targeted external experts in the assigned territory.
• Lead in‑depth data discussions on Radioligand Therapy, translating complex scientific information for healthcare professionals.
• Understand local territory dynamics, expert networks, and unmet needs to shape field medical priorities.
• Identify opportunities to add scientific value through timely insights, expert interactions, and appropriate medical education activities.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with internal medical, commercial, and market‑access teams while preserving MSL independence.
• Gather, synthesize, and communicate external insights to inform medical strategy.
• Represent Novartis externally with strong communication, business acumen, and compliance with ethical standards.
• Share knowledge and best practices with a team of three MSLs; no direct people‑management responsibilities.

Required profile

• Advanced scientific, medical, or healthcare‑related education (preferred).
• Relevant MSL or field‑medical experience in Canada is an asset.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with experts and stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of territory needs, local healthcare dynamics, and expert engagement requirements.
