Material Control Coordinator

About the role

The Material Control Coordinator ensures smooth operational logistics across the organization. This role involves planning, tracking, and reporting on material movements to support production and warehouse activities. You will work closely with production supervisors and other departments to maintain efficient inventory flow.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and plan operational logistics for the organization.
• Track and complete work orders, monitoring movement of supplies and materials.
• Coordinate activities with warehouse, production units, and other departments.
• Prepare and submit logistics reports, maintaining work records and logs.
• Consult with production supervisors to schedule cost‑effective production runs.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and track shipments.

Required profile

• Secondary (high school) graduation certificate.
• 1 to less than 7 months of relevant experience.
• Ability to coordinate activities across multiple work units.
• Strong organizational and record‑keeping skills.
