Manager, Strategy & Value Creation (Bilingual FR/EN)

About the role

PwC Canada is hiring a bilingual (French and English) Manager in its Strategy & Value Creation practice in Montreal. The team advises clients' leadership teams on transforming their businesses amid complex economic, social and geopolitical trends, covering areas such as growth strategy, M&A strategy, commercial due diligence, operational improvement and business model redefinition. The role sits in the Value Creation team and spans several industries.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client engagement: understand clients' strategic goals, act as a trusted advisor to senior executives and build long-term relationships
• Lead project delivery: oversee multiple projects simultaneously, develop project plans, manage resources and deliver high-quality results on time and within scope
• Strategic analysis: run industry and market analyses, quantify and qualify data, and present actionable strategies to clients
• Team management: mentor and develop associates, give regular feedback, run performance evaluations and encourage knowledge sharing
• Business development: identify new business opportunities, support partners in proposals and thought leadership, and stay current on industry trends

Required profile

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in a consulting firm, large asset manager, private equity firm, pension fund or large corporation
• Experience defining and evaluating corporate and business unit strategies and investment portfolios, and managing teams and work streams
• Fluency in English and French, as collaboration with English-speaking clients and colleagues is required
• Ability to communicate clearly with senior audiences and occasionally travel throughout Canada, possibly outside Canada

The salary range is $112,500 - $162,500, and eligible employees may join variable incentive pay programs. The position follows the departure of a valued team member.
