Manager, Internal Audit, Regulatory Compliance and Risk Management (Bilingual FR/EN)

About the role

PwC Canada is hiring a bilingual (French and English) Manager for its Risk Services practice in Montreal. The role covers Internal Audit, Enterprise Risk Management, Regulatory Compliance and Corporate Governance, supporting clients in identifying and assessing risks and strengthening their control environments. It follows the departure of a valued team member.

Key responsibilities

• Take part in advisory services through Internal Audit, Enterprise Risk Management, Regulatory Compliance and Corporate Governance.
• Plan, supervise and execute engagement-related tasks.
• Analyze and evaluate business processes and systems to help management understand objectives, requirements, risks, controls and improvement opportunities.
• Anticipate stakeholders' needs and develop and discuss potential solutions.
• Prepare and draft audit reports, advisory reports and high-value-added proposals.
• Present observations and recommendations to clients, including senior management, orally and in writing.
• Coach and support staff, initiate coaching conversations, oversee learning initiatives and performance management.
• Contribute to practice management, including resource planning and training.

Required profile

• Strong experience and proven expertise in internal audit, governance and regulatory compliance.
• One or more professional designations (CPA, CIA or CISA).
• Experience across all phases of the internal audit life cycle, from strategic planning to reporting and performance management.
• Experience managing multiple client engagements and overseeing local and national technical or industry collaborators.
• Experience ensuring organizations comply with external laws, industry regulations and internal policies.
• Fluency in English, plus French, to support English-speaking clients, colleagues and stakeholders.

The salary range is $87,700 - $137,700, based on skills, experience, qualifications and location. Eligible employees may also participate in variable incentive pay programs.
