Manager, Digital Messaging

About the role

The Manager, Digital Messaging will support content management across BMO’s digital platforms, ensuring that information and communications reach both customers and employees effectively. This role focuses on preparing, publishing, and optimizing digital content to align with business objectives and brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with content creators, designers, business groups, and project teams to ensure content follows BMO’s brand and style guidelines.
• Create, maintain, and improve content management processes to enhance engagement, consistency, and user experience.
• Lead the content management system, including updates to digital standards guides, directory structures, and digital assets.
• Develop change‑management plans, conduct readiness assessments, and manage stakeholder communication for digital initiatives.
• Analyze content design patterns and data to extract insights and provide actionable recommendations.
• Act as a trusted advisor to business groups, influencing decisions and negotiating to achieve objectives.

Required profile
