Luxury Sales Consultant – Fashion Retail

About the role

Holt Renfrew is seeking a motivated Sales Consultant to deliver exceptional service in a luxury fashion environment. You will build lasting relationships with clients, guide them through the full store offering, and drive sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Sell the entire store’s merchandise, creating complete wardrobe solutions for customers.
• Develop and nurture long‑term client relationships, introducing new customers to the brand.
• Stay current on fashion and style trends and translate insights into personalized advice.
• Perform floor recovery, visual merchandising, price changes, and other sales support tasks.
• Adhere to health & safety, privacy, and cyber‑security policies.
• Participate in clienteling and customer development initiatives after reaching $1 MM sales volume.

Required profile

• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Three or more years of experience in a commission‑based luxury retail environment.
• Strong styling and wardrobe expertise.
• Empathetic, collaborative, and self‑motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
