Sales Associate – Women’s Footwear

About the role

Join Holt Renfrew’s luxury retail team as a Sales Associate focused on women’s footwear. You will build lasting relationships with clients, drive sales, and represent iconic fashion brands in an inspiring, fashion‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver extraordinary, personalized service to every customer.
• Achieve and exceed sales and service targets through proactive client acquisition and retention.
• Maintain a loyal client base by communicating regularly via phone, email, and digital channels about events, new merchandise, and personalized offers.
• Participate in product knowledge, vendor, and Holt Renfrew educational sessions.
• Execute floor recovery, visual merchandising, price changes, and other sales support tasks.
• Resolve customer service issues and collaborate with management on escalated matters.
• Adhere to health & safety, privacy, and cyber‑security policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 + years experience in a commission‑based luxury sales environment.
• Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong collaborative mindset and ability to work in a team‑oriented setting.
• Active presence on social media platforms to promote personal fashion influence.
• Deep understanding of current and emerging fashion trends.
