About the role
We are partnering with a leading litigation specialist firm in Calgary to hire an experienced Litigation Lawyer. The role focuses on insurance and commercial litigation, offering the chance to work within a collegial team at a top international law firm.
Key responsibilities
- Advise clients on all aspects of litigation.
- Conduct examinations for discovery.
- Manage commercial litigation matters.
- Participate in mediations and arbitrations.
- Prepare and present cases at trial and on appeal.
Required profile
- 3 to 7 years of post‑qualification experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in insurance and commercial litigation.
- Strong analytical and advocacy skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
