About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Legal Assistant to support our legal team in a hybrid work environment. This position offers a permanent, full‑time opportunity for individuals with a college or CEGEP education and at least five years of relevant experience.
Key responsibilities
- Provide administrative and procedural support to lawyers and paralegals.
- Prepare, review, and organize legal documents and correspondence.
- Maintain case files, manage deadlines, and schedule meetings.
- Assist with client communications while ensuring confidentiality.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external partners as needed.
Required profile
- College or CEGEP diploma in a related field.
- Five years or more of experience in a legal support role, or equivalent experience.
- Authorization to work in Canada.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
