Lease Portfolio Specialist – Automotive Sales

About the role

The Lease Portfolio Specialist supports the Sales Management team by executing lease and finance portfolio retention strategies, customer outreach, and appointment coordination. The role manages assigned portfolio customers throughout the ownership cycle to increase retention, generate upgrade opportunities, and facilitate vehicle replacements.

Key responsibilities

• Execute lease and finance portfolio outreach strategies as directed by Sales Management.
• Manage assigned portfolio customers from initial contact through appointment coordination and follow‑up.
• Engage customers at lease maturity, early‑upgrade, and retention stages.
• Coordinate appointments and handoffs between customers, Sales Consultants, and Sales Management.
• Support service‑drive initiatives by working with Sales Consultants to identify upgrade and replacement opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and outcomes in the dealership CRM system.
• Provide regular updates to Sales Management on portfolio activity and opportunity status.

Required skills

• Experience with dealership CRM systems (e.g., Tekion).
• Proficiency in maintaining detailed customer interaction records within a CRM.
