About the role

Join Peak Performance’s Burrard Street store as a part‑time Sales Assistant. You’ll be the front‑line ambassador, delivering exceptional customer service while helping shoppers find the perfect outdoor gear.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, providing product information and personalized recommendations.
• Operate the point‑of‑sale system, handling transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Manage inventory tasks such as receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store in line with corporate visual‑merchandising guidelines.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and apply effective selling techniques.

Required profile

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Sales‑driven mindset with a customer‑focused approach.
• Team‑oriented spirit and ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
• Attention to detail for visual‑merchandising standards.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and varied hours.
• Previous retail or customer‑service experience preferred.
