Lead Qualification Representative

About the role

Langford Staffing is seeking an experienced outbound calling professional to qualify consumers and connect eligible individuals with licensed representatives through live transfers. This full‑time remote position focuses on high‑volume calling, objection handling, and maintaining professional communication.

Key responsibilities

• Contact consumer leads using an outbound dialer and follow campaign scripts, introductions, and compliance requirements.
• Ask focused questions to determine eligibility, obtain permission, and complete warm live transfers.
• Handle hesitation, objections, and difficult conversations while remaining professional.
• Record accurate notes, dispositions, outcomes, and follow‑up requirements in the CRM.
• Apply feedback from call reviews, coaching, and performance reporting.

Required profile

• Three or more years of recent high‑volume outbound calling experience.
• Proven track record of achieving measurable call, qualification, or transfer targets.
• Ability to type at least 35 net words per minute with strong accuracy.
• Verifiable employment history and professional references.
• Availability to work the assigned full‑time campaign schedule during EST business hours.

Required skills

• Experience with outbound dialer platforms such as Convoso, Five9, NICE CXone, Genesys Cloud CX, CallTools, or Readymode.
• Strong understanding of call dispositions, callbacks, holds, consultation calls, and live transfers.
• Proficiency in maintaining accurate CRM records while speaking with consumers.
