Inside Sales Representative - Consumer Outreach (Remote)

About the role

Langford Staffing is recruiting Inside Sales Representatives for a client running high-volume consumer outreach campaigns. The position is full-time and remote, with U.S. Eastern Time hours and annual target earnings of C$40,000 to C$50,000. You will speak with company-provided consumer leads through an automatic dialer, turning each call into a qualified live transfer; you will not complete the final sale.

Key responsibilities

• Make continuous outbound calls using an automatic dialer and deliver professional introductions.
• Explain the purpose of the call simply, ask brief qualification questions and handle objections from busy, skeptical or uninterested consumers.
• Build trust without misleading claims, create enough interest for qualified consumers to continue, and ask directly for a live transfer.
• Introduce the consumer to the receiving representative and record accurate call notes, outcomes and dispositions.
• Follow campaign qualification and opt-out requirements and meet hourly and daily performance targets.

Required profile

• Three or more years of experience in inside sales, outbound sales, telesales, appointment setting, lead generation, call-centre sales or live transfers.
• Experience working toward call, transfer, conversion, appointment or sales targets.
• Clear and professional spoken English, and the confidence to speak with consumers all day while staying calm when they are impatient, suspicious or upset.
• Strong listening skills, openness to coaching, call monitoring and performance feedback, and full-time availability during U.S. Eastern Time hours.

Required skills

• Experience using an automatic or predictive dialer; experience with Convoso, Five9, NICE CXone, Genesys Cloud CX, CallTools or Readymode is preferred.
• Accurate CRM and call-disposition habits.
• Remote work setup: computer with at least 16 GB RAM, dual monitors including an external one of at least 22 inches, wired USB noise-cancelling headset, webcam, quiet workspace, wired internet of at least 100 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload, backup internet and power arrangements, and the ability to use a dialer, CRM and campaign system at once.
