Inside Sales Representative - Rental Guarantee Outreach

About the role

Royal York Property Management is hiring Inside Sales Representatives for a full-time remote position, working U.S. Eastern Time business hours. The role introduces residential property owners to a rental-guarantee program that costs C$100 per month and protects owners if a covered tenant defaults on rent. You will not close the final sale or approve claims; your success depends on turning outbound conversations into qualified live transfers.

Key responsibilities

• Make continuous outbound calls using an automatic dialer and introduce the rental-guarantee program.
• Ask questions about the owner and their property, confirm the number of properties and whether they are occupied or vacant.
• Explain the C$100 monthly cost and the program's potential value, and respond to objections on price, need, trust, timing or existing tenants.
• Build interest without aggressive or misleading tactics, then ask qualified owners to speak with a Royal York sales representative.
• Complete warm and live transfers, record call notes, outcomes and dispositions, and follow scripts, qualification rules and opt-out procedures.
• Meet hourly and daily calling and transfer targets.

Required profile

• Three or more years of experience in inside sales, outbound sales, telesales, appointment setting, lead generation, call-centre sales or live transfers.
• Experience with an automatic or predictive dialer.
• Strong objection-handling and persuasive communication skills, and experience meeting call, transfer, appointment, conversion or sales targets.
• Clear and professional spoken English, and the confidence to speak with property owners all day.
• Ability to stay calm when prospects are skeptical, impatient or upset, and openness to coaching and call monitoring.
• Full-time availability during U.S. Eastern Time business hours.

Required skills

• CRM, call-note and disposition accuracy.
• Preferred: experience with Convoso, Five9, NICE CXone, Genesys Cloud CX, CallTools or Readymode.
• Remote setup: computer with at least 16 GB RAM, dual monitors including an external one of at least 22 inches, wired USB noise-cancelling headset, webcam, quiet workspace, wired internet of at least 100 Mbps download, backup internet and power arrangements, and the ability to work in a dialer, CRM and campaign system at once.
