Junior Mechanic Technician – Aviation Maintenance

About the role

Canadian Helicopters is seeking a Junior Mechanic Technician to join its head office in Les Cèdres. The role focuses on the inspection, disassembly and cleaning of aeronautical components, ensuring compliance with manufacturer standards, Canadian Aviation Regulations and company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Perform arrival inspections, disassembly and cleaning of aeronautical components.
• Maintain up‑to‑date personal qualifications and certifications.
• Follow company standards, procedures and safety policies at all times.
• Utilise relevant software and documentation to record and track maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with the Engine and Components Overhaul Shop Manager and the broader maintenance team.

Required profile

• Professional diploma in mechanics (completed or in progress).
• Bilingual in French and English (spoken and written).
• Basic knowledge of the MS Office Suite.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and organisational abilities.
