About the role

A Vancouver‑based commercial real estate practice is looking for an experienced paralegal to support complex purchase, sale and financing transactions for a sophisticated client base. The role involves handling high‑value deals and collaborating with lawyers, lenders and government land title offices.

Key responsibilities

  • Support commercial real estate purchase, sale and financing transactions.
  • Prepare closing documents, conduct title searches and assemble due‑diligence materials.
  • Coordinate with lenders, external counsel and provincial land title offices.
  • Manage multiple concurrent transaction files and strict deadlines.
  • Assist lawyers with leasing and development matters as required.

Required profile

  • Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Significant experience in commercial real estate paralegal work (intermediate to senior level).
  • Strong knowledge of British Columbia land title and registration procedures.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong file‑management skills.
  • Ability to work independently on high‑value transactions.
