Industrial Controller

About the role

The Industrial Controller joins the Production team to manage financial reporting, cost control and budgeting for manufacturing operations. This role focuses on analyzing key performance indicators, preparing forecasts and supporting decision‑making across supply chain, operations and commercial functions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and analyse the company’s key performance indicators with a focus on operational activities.
• Present daily, weekly and monthly KPI results to the management team.
• Analyse monthly manufacturing and purchasing performance by calculating variances versus budget and forecast.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual forecasts and the operational budget.
• Develop capital‑expenditure requests, evaluate economic return (IRR, NPV) and track actual spend against plan.
• Control product costs and raw‑material inventory levels.
• Support physical inventory counts and periodic obsolescence reserve analysis.
• Assist with internal and external audits as required.
• Collaborate with operations to define, measure, improve and control processes in line with company policies.
• Provide cost‑analysis support to Supply Chain, Operations and Commercial teams for make‑or‑buy decisions.
• Execute special project assignments as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business or finance.
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of standard cost accounting.
• Strong analytical, communication and attention‑to‑detail skills.
• Familiarity with SAP is a plus.
• Advanced proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
