Home Support Worker – Personal Care & Companion

About the role

We are seeking a compassionate Home Support Worker to provide personal care, companionship, and assistance with daily living activities for elderly clients in their homes. This full‑time, permanent position offers flexible hours and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients with bathing, personal hygiene, and grooming.
• Support regular exercise routines, such as walking.
• Help with feeding or provide assistance during meals.
• Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals.

Required profile

• Secondary school graduation or equivalent experience.
• 1 to less than 7 months of relevant experience.
• Dependable, organized, and able to exercise good judgement.
• Flexible, initiative‑taking, and reliable.
• Ability to perform a combination of sitting, standing, walking, and repetitive tasks.
• Reference required for security and safety.
