About the role

We are seeking a compassionate Home Support Worker to provide daily assistance to an elderly individual in a private residence in Nepean, Ontario. The role focuses on personal care, light housekeeping, and companionship, ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment. The position is full-time, permanent, and offers a supportive environment for newcomers and youth.

Key responsibilities

Administer bedside and personal care, including hygiene assistance.
Assist with regular exercise such as walking to promote mobility.
Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a tidy home.
Provide companionship and emotional support throughout the day.

Required profile

Punctual and reliable attendance.
Dependable with a strong sense of responsibility.
Initiative to anticipate and address the client’s needs.
