About the role

Perspect‑IV is seeking a full‑time Head Coach & Sales Lead to drive both client training and studio growth. Based in Woodbridge, ON, you will lead small‑group sessions while converting prospects into members.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality small‑group personal training sessions (up to 6 clients per class).
• Build genuine relationships with clients to boost retention and referrals.
• Track client progress, ensure safety, and provide proactive feedback.
• Reach out to prospective clients, book and conduct consultations, and present studio programs confidently.
• Follow up promptly with leads to convert interest into membership.
• Support daily studio operations and contribute to a positive team culture.
• Assist ownership in scaling the business and create social‑media content with trainers.
