Groundskeeping Supervisor

About the role

Clintar of Toronto is seeking a motivated Groundskeeping Supervisor to lead outdoor landscape maintenance in Etobicoke. You will direct planting, lawn care, and overall grounds upkeep while ensuring safety, quality, and timely completion of tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organize and supervise the planting of trees, gardens and lawns.
• Schedule staff, maintain work logs, and order materials, equipment and supplies.
• Read blueprints and drawings to guide maintenance projects.
• Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend productivity improvements.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in landscape or grounds maintenance.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, physically demanding outdoor environment.
• Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity and colour discrimination.
• Valid driver’s licence and bondable security clearance.

Required skills

• Operation of weed trimmer/edger.
• Operation of power mowers.
• Reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
