Graphic Designer – Visual Communications

About the role

Techo-Bloc is seeking a Graphic Designer who thrives in a fast‑paced, creative environment and can translate brand strategy into compelling visual assets. You will work at the intersection of architecture, 3D rendering, print, and digital to shape a cohesive design language for the construction and manufacturing sectors across North America.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and produce print and digital materials such as catalogs, brochures, ads, sales tools, merchandising assets, and signage.
• Create engaging social media graphics and digital content aligned with platform best practices and current trends.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to clearly communicate product features, benefits, and specifications.
• Prepare final artwork for print production, ensuring all files meet technical specifications.
• Maintain brand consistency through rigorous quality control and attention to detail.
• Stay current with emerging design trends, tools, and techniques, and explore AI‑driven workflows.

Required profile

• Minimum of 5 years professional experience in graphic design.
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English for communication with teams in Quebec, Ontario, and other regions.
• Strong editorial thinking combined with technical precision.
• Passion for continuous learning, curiosity, and collaborative teamwork.

Required skills

• Experience integrating AI tools into the design process.
