About the role
Build customer relationships while creating memorable framing solutions for their artwork. Help shoppers find what they need and maintain a safe, clean, and clutter‑free store environment.
Key responsibilities
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures and company policies to ensure compliance and safety.
- Deliver custom framing solutions, meeting sales and production targets.
- Complete framing orders with high quality and on‑time delivery.
- Maintain the ready‑made frame department and manage inventory replenishment.
- Provide friendly customer service, assist with product location, and support omni‑channel processes.
- Participate in truck unloads, stocking, and cash register operations.
Required profile
- Basic computer and measuring skills.
- Ability to operate framing equipment and a glass cutter.
- Retail experience and experience selling products or services (preferred).
