About the role
We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer to join Real Fruit Bubble Tea’s marketing team. You will shape the visual identity of our brand across digital and print media, supporting our rapid expansion across Canada and the USA.
Key responsibilities
- Design web pages, brochures, logos, signage, packaging, posters and other marketing collateral.
- Create illustrations, photos and layouts that reflect the brand’s fresh, healthy image.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements and incorporate feedback.
- Produce drafts, revise designs based on reviews, and ensure final files meet specifications.
- Assist with in‑store visual work as needed.
Required profile
- Degree in Design, Fine Arts or a related field.
- Entrepreneurial attitude with a “on‑floor” mindset to motivate front‑line staff.
- Results‑oriented, meeting deadlines and achieving set goals.
- Strong communication, teamwork and adaptability.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
- Experience using Illustrator and Canva for graphic creation.
