General Labour – Green Bin Washing & Yard Maintenance

About the role
Darling International Canada Inc. is seeking reliable general labour staff for a short‑term, six‑month contract. The role involves travelling across the Winnipeg region to clean and replace green grease bins, as well as supporting yard upkeep at our facilities.
Key responsibilities
- Operate a wash van within the yard and travel to customer sites.
- Clean and wash grease bins, address minor spills, and replace bins as needed.
- Assist with general yard clean‑up and routine maintenance tasks.
- Follow all safety procedures and standard operating procedures.
Required profile
- Valid Class 5 driver’s licence.
- Ability to work outdoors and perform physical tasks.
- Reliable, self‑motivated and able to follow instructions.
- Comfortable working independently.
