About the role
The Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor will lead the maintenance team at Malwa Tires Ltd., ensuring equipment reliability and production efficiency. The position offers flexible working hours within a permanent full‑time schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare production and other operational reports.
- Recommend and implement measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Resolve work problems and provide technical advice.
- Supervise workers and maintenance projects.
- Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities.
- Recruit, hire, and train maintenance staff.
- Estimate costs and material requirements.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies.
- Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate with other work units.
Required profile
- Secondary school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 2 years of relevant experience.
