About the role

Join Eagle Ridge Post Acute as a Registered Nurse working 12‑hour shifts in a skilled nursing unit. You will deliver patient‑centered care, supervise nursing assistants, and manage medication passes and treatments.

Key responsibilities

• Provide RN nursing services in a skilled nursing facility.
• Supervise and support nurse assistants.
• Perform medication administration and treatments.
• Maintain high standards of patient‑centered care.

Required profile

• Current, unencumbered RN license to practice in Colorado.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to pass criminal background and Colorado CAPS checks.
• LTC/SNF experience is a plus.
