About the role
Join Eagle Ridge Post Acute as a Registered Nurse working 12‑hour shifts in a skilled nursing unit. You will deliver patient‑centered care, supervise nursing assistants, and manage medication passes and treatments.
Key responsibilities
- Provide RN nursing services in a skilled nursing facility.
- Supervise and support nurse assistants.
- Perform medication administration and treatments.
- Maintain high standards of patient‑centered care.
Required profile
- Current, unencumbered RN license to practice in Colorado.
- Current CPR certification.
- Ability to pass criminal background and Colorado CAPS checks.
- LTC/SNF experience is a plus.
