Full-Time Pharmacist (New Graduate)

About the role

Are you passionate about helping others and making a positive difference in people’s lives? We are seeking a new‑graduate pharmacist to join our team and provide the very best care and service to our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members to deliver timely healthcare services and an exceptional client experience.
• Utilize the full scope of pharmacy practice, including assessment, prescribing, medication reviews, and vaccine administration.
• Perform methadone dispensing as required.
• Handle blister packing of medications.

Required profile

• Client‑focused with high attention to detail, professionalism and discretion.
• Committed to lifelong learning and able to work under pressure.
• Valid pharmacy licence to practice in Ontario or another Canadian province.
• Appreciates diverse backgrounds and brings a unique perspective.

Required skills

• Experience with Kroll pharmacy software.
• Methadone dispensing.
• Blister packing.
• Medication assessment and prescribing.
• Medication reviews.
• Vaccine administration.
