Front Store Supervisor

About the role

Join a locally owned store and lead the front‑of‑house team to deliver health, beauty and convenience services while keeping the customer at the centre of every interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure cashier and merchandising staff follow store policies and receive ongoing training.
• Implement loss‑prevention standards, manage daily cash office inventory and cashier tracking.
• Maintain a professional store image, handle customer inquiries, refunds, exchanges and promote the CSI Survey.
• Keep shelves clean, organized and properly rotated; set up and take down product displays as directed.
• Uphold housekeeping, health‑and‑safety, and store policy compliance; perform clerical and banking duties as needed.

Required profile

• Strong planning, judgement and decision‑making abilities.
• Independent thinker with problem‑solving skills to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Computer literate with efficient time‑management and organizational skills.
• Good knowledge of store products and supplies.
