Skin Care Coach – Retail Associate (Part‑Time)

About the role

We are looking for Skin Care Coaches (our term for Retail Associates) to join our Kensington location. You will coach guests through personalized skin‑care programs, support our Skin Care Trainers and help create a welcoming, friendly atmosphere.

Key responsibilities

• Coach guests into personalized skin‑care training programs and support estheticians throughout the day.
• Connect with regular guests and build relationships with new visitors, delivering a warm first‑impression experience.
• Implement marketing and promotion efforts, including scheduling facials and filling the booking book.
• Set personal goals with managers and trainers, and take on additional responsibilities across the company as desired.
• Maintain a fun atmosphere and support fellow team members.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in a customer‑service or retail role.
• Energetic, passionate about skin care and able to think on your feet to provide customer‑oriented solutions.
• Innovative trouble‑shooter who provides quick, customer‑focused resolutions.
• Frontline motivator who continuously coaches the crew to meet goals and exceed expectations.
• Strong communicator who can motivate teammates and help meet sales and promotional goals.
• Team player who enjoys creating a fun, supportive atmosphere.
