About the role

Elevare Contracting is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our Halifax team as Customer Service Representatives. You will engage homeowners about energy‑efficient heat‑pump solutions and arrange free, no‑obligation consultations with qualified specialists.

Key responsibilities

• Contact prospective homeowners to discuss energy‑saving heat‑pump options.
• Educate customers on the benefits of high‑efficiency heat pumps, including cost savings and comfort.
• Schedule free consultations and record interactions using company systems.
• Represent Elevare Contracting professionally in all customer interactions.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and dependable work ethic.
• Legal authorization to work in Canada.
• Reliable transportation for onsite duties.
